November randoms

A collection of pictures from late November - most taken when Nana, Papa, and Auntie Emily were hanging out at the house.

Thanksgiving 2008

We hosted friends & family for Thanksgiving dinner (and had a few more friends over for some dessert). Good thing Jen's mom was here to help keep the culinary effort on track.

The pre-game setup. Sure looks pretty.

Another Day at the Park

On another fine November day, the family trekked back to Dinosaur Park. In addition to the typical playground fare, there was some leaf fun to be had.

Alex strikes a pose in her outfit.

Lily smiles.

Lily's Birthday

Lily's birthday was celebrated at a local pizza joint. The original plan was for us to host pizza night on Lily's birthday at our house - but when Joe came down with pneumonia during the week, an alternate plan was put into action. The group responded well and showed up in force to celebrate Lily's first year.

Cote made this sign with her Grasshopper scrapping contraption. Pretty cool.

I'd be scared too Lily.

Now I'd be REALLY scared.

Maybe these crazy kids are OK after all...

The adults share some laughs.

Ryan's Birthday

Ry-Ry's birthday party seemed to be a continuous event. There was the "fancy" dinner at Clydes and the simpler (yet crazier and louder) party at the esteemed Chuck E Cheese.

Ryan rakes in the tickets.

Service with a smile.

All lined up for the rodent show.

Happy face.

I think Alex likes this ride.
