Halloween with the Yates

Halloween arrived and the trick-or-treating was finally upon us. We joined Kerri at the Yates household for a pre-game dinner and then we released the kids out into the neighborhood.

Clydes fall festival

Late October brought about a fall festival at Clyde's restaurant, complete with farm animals, pony rides, and the making of apple butter. Brad was in town completing a successful house hunting trip in Maryland - so we joined the Gelo girls for some fun at Clyde's.

Halloween Party at the Hills

Steve & Melissa threw a Halloween party, so Alex and Cote geared up in costumes for the fun (Joe was lame and didn't dress up).

Loudoun County Farm Day

Once a year in Loudoun County, a number of private farms open up to the general public for a weekend. This year, Alex & I tagged along with the Colangelo family for a day 'on the farm'.

Pumpkin Patch with the Pumpkins

While Sean was out gallivanting the free (and not so free) world with some important person - Alex, Jen, & I met up with Miki and Erin at an over-the-top pumpkin patch. You would have thought that Disney put this production on, except that they weren't peddling DVDs. We had a grand ol' time with Alex-pumpkin and Erin-pumpkin.
